Mr. Ronald is an experienced tax counsel with in-depth understanding in the areas of tax accounting, tax administration, audit and transfer pricing. He has over 20 years of experience in tax practice and has been with BDO since his graduation in 1997 and then joined PWC 3 years later. In 2003, Mr. Ronald joined VDGC Accounting & Tax Consulting, the Dutch office of DLA Piper, as Director of Tax Compliance. Mr. Ronald is able to assist companies in setting up a sound tax regime for their corporate structure and is particularly good at dealing with tax issues arising from corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
